Job Description
We are an Interior & product Design Studio in Gurgaon seeking a mechanical engineer / industrial engineer as Production InCharge / manager to oversee our steel fabrication unit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise stainless steel, metal and wood fabrication processes, including Stainless Steel, Mild Steel (MS), Aluminum, Brass, and Copper. Specail emphasis on Stainless Steel.
• Ensure quality control in welding, polishing, lathe operations, fitting, and other fabrication techniques.
• Collaborate with the manufacturing team to optimize product designs.
• Oversee material procurement and outsourcing while maintaining quality standards.
• Troubleshoot production challenges and ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in fabrication and production supervision.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and techniques.
• Should have own Vehicle
• Should be a team leader and have ability to handle staff / labour
• Proficiency in English for effective communication.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
