Key Responsibilities:
Work comfortably with raw meat, specifically beef and pork.
Handle raw vegetables and spices while maintaining strict hygiene standards.
Stand for extended periods (8+ hours) in a cool environment below 10°C.
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs during an 8-hour shift.
Multitask efficiently to complete various responsibilities safely.
Work both independently and as part of a team to meet production goals.
Follow supervisor instructions to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Be responsive to the needs of both the production and sanitation teams.
Clean and sanitize equipment, surfaces, and facilities to meet hygiene standards.
Requirements:
Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
Footwear: CSA Approved Steel Toe Boots are required for safety compliance.
Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Overtime work: Must be available to work overtime including weekends and evenings based on business needs.
Language: Must comprehend English as safety orientations are conducted in English.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
