Job Title: Team Lead

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Champion of Company Core Values.
Ensure the timely production of high-quality finished goods for manufacturing departments - as a working Team Lead.
Ensure all products are produced according to company standards and procedures.
Ensure all products produced/stored are by the policy set by QC department.
Provide daily production targets for sand production to your team.
Monitor performance to those targets and take corrective action when necessary to make sure production targets are met.
Ensure QC is performed in a timely manner
Manage process improvement to maximize efficiencies – implement Best Practices
Ensure all production plans are met in a timely manner
Provide coaching and reviews for all employees under your work area.
Ensure all employees stay current on training
Manage equipment maintenance
Schedule and effectively works with maintenance for repairs
Manage PM program
Ensure all equipment is maintained properly – develop and implement procedures
Inventory Management
Responsible for inventory counts of materials within the production area, and as assigned.
Maintain adequate inventory of all necessary production related supplies.
Safety
Ensure compliance and develop guidelines for efficiency and safety.
Ensure all activities are performed according to company safety policies.
Responsible for production area cleanliness and organization
Contribute to team effort by helping with other projects and duties as needed.

Job Qualifications
Minimum Education: High school or equivalent degree
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to work overtime and Saturdays, as needed
Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently (e.g., lifting multiple 50 pound containers off of the assembly line; stacking products on pallets; pulling and packing for shipping)
Forklift certified

Required to lift heavy weight on a daily basis (50 pounds or greater).

Work Environment
