Responsibilities
Follow all company established methods, policies, rules, practices, and procedures to ensure employee safety, product quality, and efficient operations
Assist with line start-up and shutdown according to procedures
Assist with set-up styles, including necessary adjustments, by use of set-up sheets/guidelines
Develop, monitor, and maintain input reports; check quality at the start of the shift and ensure quality of product throughout the shift
Maintain a clean line, adhere to all plant safety, quality, and attendance policies
Maintain communication as necessary with shift supervisor and lead operator to ensure acceptable quality, efficiencies, and material utilization
Demonstrate team building and dedication
Follow detailed procedures to operate moving machinery
Day Shift 7:00am - 7:00pm
Night Shift 7:00pm - 7:00am

What You'll Do
• Follow all company established methods, policies, rules, practices, and procedures to ensure employee safety, product quality, and efficient operations.
• Assist with line start-up and shutdown according to procedures.
• Assist with set-up styles, including necessary adjustments, by use of set-up sheets/guidelines.
