We’ll look to you to support the provision of the day-to-day technology-based services by making sure our products meet our project requirements and expectations
You’ll be maintaining platform integrity in line with our technical roadmap releases and supporting activities that cater to that
This is a fantastic opportunity to hone your skills as you’ll be working on our end-to-end processes and changing the way we manage our production pipeline

What you'll do
As a Production Management Analyst, you’ll use your knowledge in production management for an area or product to make sure that there’s availability for business use in line with the agreed service level expectations or requirements.
You’ll be communicating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders involved in production management in the area of technical knowledge, making sure there is timely delivery of solutions which support the business.
You’ll also be:
Conducting ongoing evaluations of products and analysing them to make sure they meet our business requirements
Acting as a central point of contact for our customers and management and helping us improve our fulfilment processes
Identifying areas of improvement for our services and diagnosing our platform for any issues
Supporting the delivery of application management and application support and providing solutions to ensure availability for business use
Contributing to our production management strategies and reviewing our SOX controls
The skills you'll need
We’re looking for someone with a strong technical understanding, including platform, technology, products and domains. In addition, you should be able to provide guidance on creating cutting-edge products and platforms by making use of your experience.
In addition, you'll need working knowledge of proxies and load balancers, as well as working experience of application and network configuration. Alongside security and cryptography knowledge on various hashing algorithms, you'll need production management experience on change or incident and risk management with good governance. Ideally, you'll also bring knowledge of Splunk.
You’ll also demonstrate:
Knowledge of relevant industry standard toolsets and processes
Knowledge and experience of operational principles
Problem solving ability and an innovative approach to finding resolutions
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and influence stakeholders independently and effectively
