We’ll look to you to support the provision of day-to-day technology-based services across infrastructure platforms
You’ll be providing technical expertise in support of IT systems and acting as a recognised subject matter expert in one or more technology platforms
It’s an opportunity to contribute to the overall vision and strategy for production management and to support the leadership team
What you'll do
As a Production Management Specialist, AVP, you’ll deliver daily production and pre-production activity, including batch monitoring, incident handling, problem management and work on user queries.

You’ll be participating in global activities, collaborating with and influencing colleagues and stakeholders across the bank and third-party suppliers on your area of specialist knowledge, ensuring the timely delivery of solutions which support the business.

You’ll also be:

Troubleshooting critical incidents in production across APAC and the UK
Supporting ongoing development of technology roadmaps and managing the multi-year migration of services against agreed roadmaps
Helping to make sure that resilient applications and infrastructure and recovery plans meet business recovery requirements
Analysing current capacity to provide required performance while liaising with technology representatives to optimise value for our business
Contributing to our production management strategies and reviewing our SOX controls
