UNITREAD HYDRAULICS manufacturers high precision high volume precision hydraulic components with nearly 150 CNC machines of mostly Turning and located at Shikrapur , Pune
The ideal candidate will own the entire production process. They will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence. The will also run quality assessment to ensure customer satisfaction.
## Key Responsibilities:
1. Production Planning: Planning and scheduling production to meet customer demands.
2. Quality Control: Ensuring quality standards are met through inspections and testing.
3. Resource Management: Managing resources, including CNC machines, manpower and materials.
4. Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes.
5. Team Leadership: Leading and motivating production teams to achieve goals.
## Skills and Qualifications:
1. Manufacturing Experience: Experience in CNC machining in all machine tools cnc,vmc,sliding head, multi spindle etc.
2. Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions.
4. Quality Control: Knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
5. Technical Skills: Familiarity with CNC machines and manufacturing software.
