Responsibilities
Lead the production function ensuring seamless execution of allocated events and projects.
Take complete ownership of event delivery — from concept to completion — while meeting client objectives and maintaining brand standards.
Collaborate with the Design Teams to interpret client briefs and translate them into detailed production plans.
Conduct venue recces, prepare layouts, stage designs, and technical setups (AV, lighting, fabrication, décor).
Develop and manage event timelines, production schedules, and checklists to ensure flawless delivery.
Source, negotiate, and manage vendors for AV, fabrication, printing, logistics, manpower, and hospitality.
Supervise and manage on-ground setup
Ensure timely completion of event deliverables and quality control as per company standards.
Act as the main point of contact between clients, design teams, and vendors.
Ensure clear communication of timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables within the internal team.
Prepare post-event reports, client feedback summaries, and closure documentation.
Desired Skills & Competencies
Proven experience managing corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, and award shows.
Strong understanding of technical production (sound, light, AV, stage fabrication).
Excellent project management, negotiation, and budgeting skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Canva
Knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) is an advantage.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Highly organized, deadline-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
