Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Production Manager. The Production Manager will oversee and manage the production process, ensure resource allocation and optimization, plan and execute production schedules, and monitor the production budget. The Production Manager will also supervise production teams and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Production Management, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in production management
Excellent knowledge of production processes, materials, quality control, and safety regulations
Experience in implementing and managing Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
Effective leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Experience in the granite or natural stone industry is a plus,
