Job Description
Oversee daily production activities and ensure adherence to schedules.
Develop and manage production plans, including capacity and inventory control.
Monitor performance and address deviations from the plan.
Guide and support production staff and oversee training and development.
Act as interim manager when the Plant Manager is absent.
Analyze and optimize production costs while maintaining quality.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and track productivity metrics.
Facilitate communication between production and other departments.
Provide updates to management and manage inventory counts.
Enhance production processes for better efficiency and quality.
Lead problem-solving efforts and implement workflow improvements.
Develop strategies to meet production goals and support business growth.
Set productivity targets and refine scheduling practices to meet
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field.
6+ years in production supervision or management.
Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Manufacturing, or similar (preferred).
Financial skills including cost analysis.
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and manufacturing software.
Experience with production planning and scheduling tools.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Employment Details
Salary: $+0,000 - $110,000 Yearly
Benefits: 40 Hours Weekly, Permanent, Fulltime, Onsite
Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour lunch break. Overtime and occasional weekend flexibility may be required.
