Position - Production Manager
Location - Kanpur
Experience - 3-7 years
Budget - upto 30 k per month
Required Skills -
• Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
• Plan equipment, material and manpower requirements to meet production schedule.
• Plan & monitor material movement in production cycle to ensure continuous operations
• Plan and monitor production schedules, and make any necessary alterations
• Work closely with maintenance technicians to solve production delays
• Ensure that the production process runs smoothly, is cost effective and delivers products within specified time frame
• Managing labour costs by reviewing employee performance
• Sound knowledge of implementation of 5s , Kaizen .
