Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of projects

Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow efficiency and resolve production issues promptly
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
Experience
Proven experience in construction, with a strong understanding of building techniques and tools
Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a manufacturing or construction environment is preferred
Skilled in blueprint reading, with the ability to translate plans into actionable tasks
Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively over extended periods
Familiarity with safety protocols related to construction sites
Hands-on experience
