As a Production Manager at Éclat Media Worldwide Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in supporting the client team and contributing to the successful execution of events - production.
Key Responsibilities:
• Event Planning: Work closely with internal teams and clients to understand their objectives, budgets, and vision for the event. Develop comprehensive event production plans and timelines.
• Vendor Management: Identify and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to secure the best services and pricing. Manage vendor relationships and_ ensure the timely delivery of services.
• Budget Management: Create and manage event costings (internal and external).
• Quality Control: Implement and maintain high-quality production standards to ensure the flawless execution of events.
• Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of each project, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
• Core Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent Interpersonal Skills Strong time management and organizational skills including multi-tasking and prioritizing of workload Extremely organized and can work well under stressful circumstances. Strong attention to detail Good Negotiation Skill Handle escalations & conflict. People Management Skills.
Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in production or event management within the events industry.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
