We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Production Head. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations.
Responsibilities:
• Production Planning : Planning production line for the tailors and hand embroiders in advance.
• Assessing Productivity : Assess productivity of all the karigar to be maintained every day to optimise their work and to report on their quality
• Vendor Management : To maintain inventory of raw material. Report on the same weekly for the order to be placed
• Assess Quality: Assessing quality of the materials received.
• Timely delivery : Ensure timely shipping and delivery of the orders
Overall Production Management
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in e-commerce operations or retail management.
• Proficiency in Shopify backend operations and other e-commerce platforms.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
