Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 a year

Job Duties:
Developing, executing, and overseeing production strategies, policies, and plans
Organising production activities with regard to output standards, volume, cost efficiency, time constraints, and workforce needs
Managing plant operations and quality systems by scheduling maintenance, allocating operational hours, and ensuring the availability of necessary tools and parts
Tracking production output and expenses, and optimising processes and resource allocation to reduce costs
Communicating production-related information and updates to other managerial personnel
Supervising the procurement and installation of new machinery and equipment
Leading research into production techniques and proposing and implementing improvements
Overseeing the preparation and maintenance of production records and performance reports
Coordinating compliance with occupational health and safety standards
Directing the activities of production staff and assessing their performance
Successful applicants must have the following:
A bachelor's degree or higher qualification
At least four years of relevant experience and/or relevant vendor certification may substitute for the formal qualification.
Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure.
Willingness to constantly learn and be inspired.
Possess effective communication skills
