Job Description
Followings will be the responsibilities with description of the position holder :
• Manage, direct and monitor the overall performance of manufacturing organization. Effective liaison, support and assistance with the whole of the organization.
• Maintain and improve mechanisms for manufacturing and all organizations activities, including manufacturing operations, process, outcomes and profitability and disseminate feedback to the appropriate internal entities.
• Utilize agreed systems to manage the organization functions analysis and documenting.
• Direct the development of plans for the organization to achieve targets. Developing plans for the organization progress and growth.
• Support to all other departments in matters related to manufacturing, e.g. procurements of materials. Subject to agreed criteria, recruitment, training, set action and targets, appraise and manage performance development coaching and general support of all team members to ensure targets are met.
Developing plans for team activities to include strategy to achieve targets.
• Reporting on a monthly basis or as otherwise required.
• Assist in the development and preparation of the strategy and general business planning of the organization.
• Delegate authority and responsibility to team with supervision, accountability and review.
• Responsible for allocated work load and must meet all targets as agreed with your line manager. Any other work will be assigned to him / her as per need.
• Should have worked in Sterile Plant for Dry Powder Injection , and to have worked with the various stages of a production process including Tunnel, Bunging process etc.
