Job description, work day and responsibilities
Position Title: Production Manager/ Production Engineer (Candidate must have experience in Wind Turbine Blade Production/Manufacturing)
Location: Ratlam, Madya Pradesh
Department: Production
Reports To: Plant Head
Supervises: Production Manpower

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, Monitor & Control: Planning, monitoring & control of production activities to achieve monthly and yearly production targets as per business plan by
- Proper communication of target quantity to all relevant dept.
- Ensuring availability of M/C, Raw Materials and Manpower.
Also monitor processes and activities through MIS reports generated on a monthly and weekly basis to plan for suitable corrective measures & check abnormalities with reasons.
Manpower Management: Plan and schedule manpower deployment in most effective way - over heads are minimized through
- Proper distribution of manpower in different area.
- Monitor the Shift schedules.
- Sending excess manpower to other units/sites on deputation.
- Setting targets for team members
- Granting leaves, OT, Performance Appraisal, JD for direct reportees.
- Maintaining discipline
- Development of the Team through Training etc.
- Motivating team members to achieve targets.
Safety Compliance: Planning and execution of effective health and safety measure to ensure safe work environment through
- Incident investigation and CA/PA
- Awareness of safety.
- Suggestion/feedback on effectiveness of safety measures during safety committee meeting.- Ensure compliance for storage & disposal of scrap.
Quality Management System: Direct and implement quality systems strategy for the team to ensure the effectiveness of applicable ISO standards, Quality management and six-sigma management systems, plans, and procedures in order to create an environment of continual improvement.
Qualification: Diploma/ Degree in Engineering.

Production Manager - 8 + years of experience in Wind turbine Blade Manufacturing, Composite Parts Manufacturing
Production Engineer - 3 + years of experience in Wind turbine Blade Manufacturing, Composite Parts Manufacturing
