Job Title: Production Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join our team at Seven Consultancy.
The successful candidate will act as the company liaison for the events production team, developing agendas and timelines, drafting and adhering to event project budgets, and preparing and managing documents to track cost and expenses.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop agendas and timelines for events
• Draft and adhere to event project budgets
• Prepare and manage documents to track cost and expenses
• Coordinate logistics and technical aspects of events (lighting, sound, staging)
• Negotiate with vendors and manage vendor contracts and agreements
• SOURCE AND MANAGE STAFF, EVENT CREW, AND SECURITY FOR EVENTS
• Manage printing and distribution, photography teams, and post-event reporting and evaluation
Requirements:
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience in event production and management
• Knowledge of event planning software and tools
• Ability to negotiate with vendors and manage contracts
