Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager at Rishabh Power Solutions Ltd. in Modinagar, Ghaziabad. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production operations, planning and organizing production schedules, ensuring quality control, managing resources, and implementing production processes to meet company goals and objectives.
Qualifications
• Experience in production management, operations, and manufacturing processes
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of quality control standards and production optimization
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Relevant degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Production Management, or related field.
Experience
Atleast 5 Years of experience in Diesel Generator manufacturing from relevant industry only.
