Rishabh Power Solutions Ltd., established in 2003, is a leading provider of engineering solutions and services in Ghaziabad. We are the Generator Original Equipment manufacturers of Silent Generator Powered by TATA engines, and renowned Manufacturers and Exporters of High Quality Diesel Gensets, Fire Hydrants, Water Pumping Sets, and more. Our new product line includes Dual Fuel Systems and Natural Gas Retro Fitment system in partnership with Woodaward.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager at Rishabh Power Solutions Ltd. in Modinagar, Ghaziabad. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production operations, planning and organizing production schedules, ensuring quality control, managing resources, and implementing production processes to meet company goals and objectives.
Qualifications
• Experience in production management, operations, and manufacturing processes
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of quality control standards and production optimization
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Relevant degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Production Management, or related field.
Experience
Atleast 5 Years of experience in Diesel Generator manufacturing from relevant industry only.
