The Production Manager oversees the entire manufacturing process, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and timely delivery of cloth products. The role involves managing the production team, coordinating with other departments, and implementing process improvements to optimize productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning: Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demands.
Team Management: Supervise and motivate the production team, ensuring adherence to company policies.
Quality Control: Ensure products meet quality standards and implement corrective actions as needed.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
Budget Management: Manage production costs and report on key performance indicators.
Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with procurement.
Maintenance Coordination: Ensure equipment is maintained and minimize downtime.
Qualifications:
minimum 12th pass and bachelor degree is plus.
Proven experience in a similar role within textile manufacturing.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Knowledge of production management and quality control.
