Responsibilities
The Production Specialist will oversee the production process within a manufacturing plant and third-party fillers, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met
They will be responsible for communicating with the staff, optimizing production procedures, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity
Production Planning: Collaborate with the team to plan and coordinate production schedules to meet deadlines and optimize efficiency
Quality Control: Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards
Inventory Management: Track raw materials and finished goods, ensuring adequate supplies, and minimizing waste
Documentation: Maintain accurate production records and reports
Assist the Director of Operations and production manager in managing other day-to-day production activities
Manage inventory levels to support production needs
Monitor production output to meet quality and quantity targets
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Develop and implement manufacturing processes in line with company objectives
Adhere to policies and procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling, and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouses inventory current
Ensure compliance with USA and International regulations
