Process Overview
Application Production Services (APS) Finance Technology team is organized into two functional responsibilities, Application Operations and Customer Services team. Application operations team provides L1 support and is responsible for day to day operations of the application. They manage feed delivery, batch execution, application and data availability, monitoring and alerts. Customer services team offer L2 application support service through in-depth business and application knowledge, good relationships with our partners and an engagement process that is aligned to their business priorities, resulting in quality interactions with our customers (Business Users and CIO teams).
Job Description:
We are looking for experienced candidate who will be part of the Application production services (APS) team and will be responsible for day to day support and maintenance of critical APAC Regulatory reporting application. The candidate will manage the relationship and communications between the business partners and tech partners and focus on continuous process improvement to reduce incidents, service requests and manual task
Responsibilities:
• This is an individual contributor role and the candidate will be required to work under limited direction and will be accountable for resolving production incidents within timeframes.
• Identify recurring issues and work towards permanent resolutions
• Analyze the issues and provide proper root cause analysis
• Managing risk, identify risks in applications
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be a team player and demonstrate ability to communicate effectively
• Willingness to learn and support multiple applications
• Knowledge on Incident Management (ITSM Remedy, JIRA or any other tools)
• Experience with automation and simplification of tasks
• Self-starter, motivated, innovative, capable of handling a team, providing technical solutions and be flexible in work hours.
• Mentor and train junior resources and new joiners
