Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing business in their search for a Production Operatives to work in their leading facility in Ellesmere Port.

For The Successful Production Operatives Our Client Is Offering
• £11.70 per hour starting salary ( to increase after training to Grade 2 £11.90, then to Grade 3 £12.05 then to Grade 4 £12.85 )
• Day shift 07:00 - 18:00, Monday - Thursday
• Temp to Perm position
• Company Pension

The Role –Production Operatives
• Responsible for safely and accurately manufacturing pallets/wood products using the tools and equipment provided
• Ensure that you work at an optimum level to maximize output whilst complying with customer standards and design specifications.
• Operating a machine
• Quality checking
• Following health & safety guidelines within the workplace
• Working in a fast paced production environment
• Meeting daily production targets to achieve customer expectations

What our client is looking for in a Production Operatives :
• Previous experience as a Assembly Operative - BENEFICIAL
• Previous experience within the pallets manufacturing or wood products - ADVANTAGEOUS
• Demonstrable amount of experience in a manufacturing role.
