This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a forward-thinking Company and learn new skills.
Our client is expanding and looking for hardworking individuals to join them on a temp to perm basis and train for a role as a Fabricator.
Based near East Grinstead, however due to location your own transport would be beneficial.
Type of person
• Determined and hardworking, comfortable with independent working and problem solving
• Positive attitude and a good team player
• Punctual
• Comfortable working a physical role (working standing up, lifting, carrying, using power tools etc)
• Eager/Open to learning/excited by the prospect of getting to learn new skills.
If applicants have experience as a kitchen fitter, assembly line worker etc there will likely have some transferrable skills, however training will be given.
• This includes 30 minutes of paid break (lunch)
• Working hours are: 7.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday
• Overtime opportunities (once trained and competent)
• Parking on site
