Qualifications
Strong eye-hand coordination, good observation skills, and hand dexterity for wafer handling
Ability to lift, hold, and manipulate FOUPs (up to 25 pounds) and wafers using a vacuum wand
High school diploma or GED
2 years of manufacturing experience or 1 year of semiconductor manufacturing experience (cleanroom)
Experience working with and around chemicals (training and protective equipment provided)
Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and math skills
U.S. citizenship
The ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance

Salary Range: $33,300 - $55,500
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay
Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results
Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives

Responsibilities Include

The Semiconductor Manufacturing Operator will operate fabrication equipment to process semiconductor materials and devices.
