CertainTeed has an exciting career opportunity for a Production Operator to join our unionized wallboard manufacturing plant located on Annacis Island in Delta. This is a great chance to join a Top Employer and contribute to our growth and success.
Rotating 12 hour shift, 3 days on, 3 days off (Weekends required) – rotating from days to nights

RESPONSIBILITIES
Successful Candidates should be able to:
Be a team player with a proven focus on safety, environment, quality and customer service.
Possess basic computer skills are necessary to enter quality and production data and to operate equipment.
Be an agile, motivated individual, with a versatile skill set that allows him/her to work in a fast-paced environment and to handle various job tasks.
Interact and work effectively and professionally with all employees and management staff in a team-oriented environment
Work shift work, including nights and weekends.
Commute without the use of public transportation due to location
Grade 12 education or higher

Experience in a continuous manufacturing process

Applicants should expect to be offered $35.21/hour as a base salary for this position.
