Batch Manufacturing: Operate equipment and systems involved in the manufacturing of ion exchange resin batches according to production schedules and specifications.
Equipment Monitoring: Monitor the operation of reactors, mixers, filters, and other machinery to ensure proper functioning and adherence to operating parameters.
Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on raw materials, intermediate products, and finished batches to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Process Optimization: Continuously seek opportunities to improve production processes, efficiency, and product quality through troubleshooting, process optimization, and implementation of best practices.
Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. Report any safety hazards or incidents promptly.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production activities, batch logs, equipment readings, and any deviations from standard operating procedures.
Maintenance Support: Assist maintenance personnel in routine maintenance activities, troubleshooting equipment issues, and implementing preventive maintenance schedules as needed.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other plant operators, supervisors, quality control personnel, and support staff to ensure smooth production operations and effective communication across departments.
