Whilst Blue Lake Milling Pty Ltd specialises in oat milling producing flagship lines in Rolled, Quick and Instant Oats we also innovate, manufacture, package and distribute an extensive range of niche cereal flakes, bran, flours and premixes.

The business is seeking a full time, qualified Production Operator to join our manufacturing team.
Salary is $68,864 pa plus super.
The Production Operator would undertake the following duties and responsibilities:
· Operate production machinery, including calibrating equipment to monitoring gauges, adjust as required to produce cereal products.
· Set up cleaning and maintenance schedules to prevent problems by keeping machines in good working order in accordance with internal policies.
· Inspect finished products, take samples, and undertake product quality control.
· Prepare products for dispatch.
The applicants will have the following skills and experience:
At least 1 year full time prior experience in the meat production industry.
An ability to assess and prioritise maintenance, repair and servicing where required.
Attention to detail in supervision of operations.
