Job Description
• Oversee and actively participate in various OSD manufacturing processes, including dispensing, granulation (wet/dry), blending, compression, coating, capsule filling, and polishing.
• Ensure all production activities are executed as per approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor critical process parameters and take corrective actions for any deviations.
• Lead the execution of assigned production batches, ensuring timely completion and accurate reconciliation of materials.
• Ensure all entries in BMRs, logbooks, and other production documents are accurate, complete, and contemporaneous as per GMP guidelines.
• Prepare and review production reports and shift summaries.
