Job Description
• Core Role: Operates and monitors production machinery to manufacture products according to specifications.
• Setup & Operation: Sets up, runs, and monitors various production equipment and processing units.
• Process Adherence: Strictly follows Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• In-Process Checks: Performs basic in-process quality checks to ensure product standards are met.
• Troubleshooting: Identifies and reports minor equipment malfunctions or process deviations promptly.
• Documentation: Accurately records production data, parameters, and batch information in logs.
• Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintains high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the production area.
• Safety & GMP: Adheres strictly to all safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Material Handling: Manages the flow of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products on the line.
