Full Job Description
Prepare monthly production plan and collaborate with manufacturing team to execute the same.
Do capacity analysis and ensure optimum utilization of the manufacturing capacities.
Co-ordinate for maintaining optimum inventory to ensure sub assembly, production of finished goods
Work with Line engineers on day-to-day planning and execution of plan.
Ensure material availability in coordination with incoming QA, Stores/Purchase Team
Ensure complete kitting of material to feed the production line for optimum capacity utilization
Analysis of pending sales order and plan material for future sales order
To meet shipment targets as per customer requirement in co-ordination with dispatch function
MIS Reporting Publish Weekly and monthly MIS reports.
