Job Description
Create and maintain Product/Item Master records in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
Work with various departments to ensure accurate data entry and record updates.
Enter and update records, review new item requests, and maintain data integrity.
Suggest and implement enhancements to data management tools and procedures.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to item master data.
Attend status meetings to discuss data management progress.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, Business Administration, or a related area.
3+ years in Document Control, Production Planning, or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Relevant certifications in data management or ERP systems are a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar ERP systems.
Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with Item Masters, Bill of Materials, and data entry in ERP environments.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to job performance.
Employment Details
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 Yearly
Benefits: 40 Hours Weekly, Permanent, Fulltime, Onsite
Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour lunch break. Overtime and occasional weekend flexibility may be required.
