Full job description
Develop and maintain detailed production schedules for reinforcing steel fabrication and cutting.
Coordinate with the drafting team to ensure shop drawings are complete and ready for scheduling.
Allocate jobs to production lines based on machine and labour availability.
Monitor job progress against schedules and adjust as needed to meet delivery deadlines.
Liaise with suppliers for the timely delivery of raw materials.
Prioritize urgent or high-risk projects in coordination with project managers.
Ensure stock levels are accurate and sufficient to meet production demands.
Review and analyze production performance data to improve efficiency.
Maintain effective communication between office and factory teams.
Address delays or disruptions proactively with relevant stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with WHS, quality assurance, and company procedures.
Update clients on progress and expected delivery timelines when required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,617.81 – $75,000.00 per year
