Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials, People and ensure MES is up and running according to production schedules. Plan and schedule material/production needs. Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Executes within a well-defined operations framework. There is generally a step by step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve an end result.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Manage master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs. Optimize inventory and process improvements.
• Responsible for ensuring smooth running of MES.
• Responsible for coordinating and analyzing People Vouchering, accuracy of vouchering, DLP.
• Working with CFT team to analyze gaps and implement countermeasure to achieve 100% vouchering accuracy DLP
• Coordinate with CFT team depute trained or to be trained people across shop
• Ensure communication to HPT and captains
• Responsible for loading of routers to shop floor considering conversion lead time
• Coordinate with CFT to solve the issues hampering conversion of finished goods
• Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.
• Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.
• Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
• Collaborates with others to solve issues. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Exchanges technical information, asks questions and checks for understanding.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• This role requires basic experience in the Manufacturing & Production Planning and Execution.
• This role requires 5+ years of experience post Engineering Graduation
