1. Provide L1/L2 end-user support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals2. Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS and applications3. Role Description

• Proficiency in inventory management and maintaining production documentation
• Prior experience in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous
