Production Process Engineer - The Company:
Our client is a global leader in advanced engineered solutions, specialising in high-performance materials and manufacturing processes for the aerospace and industrial sectors. They are looking for a Production Process Engineer to join their successful team.
Production Process Engineer - Responsibilities:
• Operate, troubleshoot, and train on key equipment.
• Investigate and resolve manufacturing issues, ensuring quality.
• Conduct audits, maintain SOP compliance, and manage process data.
• Support yield improvement and implement reaction plans.
• Lead Continuous Improvement and OEE enhancement initiatives.
• Document and update work instructions, oversee new materials, and support new equipment integration.
Production Process Engineer - Requirements:
• 2+ years in Engineering or Manufacturing.
• BSc/BEng preferred; minimum BTEC Level III.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, and health and safety.
• Proficiency in computer applications (Word, Excel, Project, Minitab).
Production Process Engineer – Salary & Benefits:
• £2+,000 - £31,000
• AXA private healthcare (single membership)
• Pension Salary Sacrifice Scheme employee contribution 4% employer 5% (up to 10%) no cap for employee
• Plant-Based Performance Bonus Scheme up to 5% (Discretionary)
