Senior Engineering Leadership
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Engineer to lead our Master Production Schedule process. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving daily and monthly production plan achievement through effective material availability review and key area analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement production schedules that ensure timely delivery to the warehouse as per production plans.
• Serve as the primary user for the department's information system, ensuring efficient utilization of resources such as manpower, quality management, and cost savings.
• Manage WIP inventory levels effectively and maintain timely circulation of MIS reports at the daily, weekly, and monthly levels.
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills with internal customers.
• Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good working knowledge of SAP-PP Module.
• Proactive and self-managing, able to initiate and plan new work, meet timeframes without follow-up, and approach undefined problems with innovation and adaptability.

• Have good attention to detail and accuracy.
