We are expanding and looking for a Production Specialist to join our high-energy team in Toronto.

What You’ll Do:
Fabricate and assemble large format signage (vinyl, foamcore, dibond, substrates, etc.)
Operate vinyl cutters, large format printers, laminators, and finishing equipment
Prep, cut, weed, and apply vinyl graphics with precision
Follow job tickets from art to install-ready — quality checks at every step
Work tight deadlines with a “get it done right, now” mindset
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in sign fabrication, vinyl graphics, or large format production (preferred — we will train the right person)
Hands-on with vinyl cutters and wide-format printers is a huge plus
Great attitude — positive, team-first, no ego
Highly committed — show up, own it, grow with us
Detail-obsessed and comfortable in a fast-paced shop environment

Pay: $17.90-$33.40 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
