Production - Sr Associate II
Stock Management: Responsible for maintaining and optimizing inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and ensuring efficient stock replenishment to meet demand.
Logistics Management: Overseeing the transportation, storage, and distribution of goods, coordinating with suppliers and carriers to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective operations.
Repair Management: Managing the repair process for products or equipment, including receiving repair requests, coordinating repairs with technicians, and tracking progress until completion.
Follow-up for Repair Output: Monitoring and ensuring that repaired products or equipment are returned to customers or designated locations, verifying quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Tech Support: Providing technical assistance and troubleshooting guidance to filed engineer or internal teams, addressing product-related queries and resolving technical issues promptly.
KIF Management: Handling and organizing KIF, which contain critical information related to products, services, or operations.
Quality Control: Implementing and maintaining quality control processes to ensure that products meet specified standards and identifying any deviations or defects for corrective action.
Vendor Management: Collaborating with suppliers and vendors to establish and maintain strong relationships, negotiating contracts, monitoring performance, and resolving any issues or disputes that may arise.
Data Analysis: Analyzing data related to stock levels, repair performance, logistics operations, and customer feedback to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and providing actionable insights to optimize processes.
Cost Optimization: Identifying opportunities to reduce costs in stock management, logistics, repairs, and overall operations, such as streamlining processes, negotiating better rates, or implementing cost-saving initiatives.
Process Improvement: Continuously reviewing and enhancing existing processes and workflows to increase efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction, and implementing innovative solutions or technologies where applicable.
