Job Responsibilities
· Oversee daily production activities at the corrugated box manufacturing unit.
· Manage and coordinate production staff to ensure timely and quality output.
· Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
· Ensure strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
· Maintain inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
· Coordinate with the maintenance team for machine upkeep.
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
· Liaise with the quality control and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
· Education: Graduation (any stream).
· Experience: 5 years of experience as a supervisor in a corrugated box manufacturing unit.
· Language Proficiency: Hindi and English.
· Key Skills: Team management, problem-solving, production planning, quality control, communication.
