Production Supervisor

Job Profile:

A production supervisor is responsible for managing a company's production operations, including:

• Planning and scheduling Developing and implementing production plans, schedules, and strategies.

• Managing workflow Assigning responsibilities, preparing schedules, and organizing the production staff.

• Ensuring safety Overseeing the safe use of equipment, scheduling maintenance, and ensuring adherence to safety guidelines.

• Monitoring production Ensuring that production processes are operating safely and efficiently, and identifying areas for improvement.

• Managing inventory Tracking, organizing, and controlling the stock of materials and finished goods.

• Managing quality Ensuring that quality control standards and protocols are applied to the production process.

• Managing staff Coaching and counseling employees, and ensuring that they receive appropriate training.

• Reporting Preparing and presenting reports on performance and progress to senior managers.

• Improving processes Developing and recommending improvements to facilities, equipment, or procedures.

Education: Bsc/Msc Only

Experience: 0 to 5 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
