Production Supervisor
Experience : Fresher to 2yrs experience
Location : Binola Industrial Area , Gurugram
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers, including machine operators, assemblers to ensure smooth workflow and efficient production operations.2
Plan and organize production schedules, ensuring that production targets are met while minimizing downtime and maximizing resource utilization
Provide the training of new and old operators enhance their skills, knowledge and performance.
To control the production losses5 Prepare the OOE and control the data
Daily molding floor activity monitoring sheet checked as per given plan
To maintain the 5S activities at shop floor area8 Kaizen activities at shop floor for process improvement
To ensure the availability of raw material & mold run the machine.
Minimum Job Requirements :
Educational Qualification - Diploma (Mech. Engg./Suitable Branch) OR Graduate (General)
Work Experience - Fresher
Job Skills (Technical) - M/C Parameters; Manufacturing Defects; Production Cycle Time; Corrective Actions; SOP; Quality Parameters; Customers Requirements; Production Planning; Customer Interaction; IATF Documentation; Loading Plan; Dispatch Plan
