Gradi Group Production Facility is looking for a Full-time Production Supervisor to join our team!
We’re seeking a hands-on leader with food manufacturing experience to supervise production lines and support daily operations in our growing facility.
Required:
Previous experience in food manufacturing (pizza production highly regarded).
HACCP certification or strong food safety knowledge.
Experience working with manufacturing equipment and production lines.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage workflow, safety and quality standards.
Reliable and organised with a proactive approach.
Salary: $64,000 – $80,000 per annum + super depending on relative experience (Above Award – Food, Beverage & Tobacco Manufacturing Award 2020).
Location: 1–23 Lens Street, Coburg North VIC 3058.
About the Role
You will lead production line operations, coordinate staff, monitor quality control and ensure safety and hygiene standards are consistently maintained. This role supports production planning and continuous improvement across the facility.
