Southern Lakes Laundries is a linen hire and Industrial laundry facility servicing accommodation and hospitality clients throughout the Southern Lakes region. Established in 2004 we are committed to providing the very best product and service to our clients.
To meet current growth and increased forward workloads we are looking for two professionals, self-motivated Production Supervisors to join our friendly Management team in Queenstown
Your Job responsibilities will include:
Planning production to meet targets
Overseeing the production process and managing workflows
Optimizing plant processes and continuous improvements
Monitoring laundry equipment in accordance with procedure and maintenance schedules
Manage production team to ensure products meet or exceed quality requirements,
Ensuring timely and accurate completion of production runs to budget and quality
expectations
Ensuring compliance and a positive Health and Safety culture

Be methodical and results-driven
Be a problem solver who can investigate issues and come up with appropriate solutions
PHYSICALLY FIT AS JOB REQUIRES STANDING ALL DAY, MANUAL HANDLING
Be a strong communicator and able to communicate in English
Be a promoter of safe work practices
Have at least 1 year of any relevant experience in a production environment or 1 year of previous experience in a commercial/ industrial laundry.
