Production Supervisor

Responsible for leading process engineering efforts supporting the development and production of Solar Modules based on Mono and Poly crystalline silicon substrates for high efficiency and low-cost PV modules

· Maintain Process and Quality control Parameters of PV Modules under international norms. Carry out training of personnel in the production process and operation of Solar Module production.

· Man Power Handling and assignments for daily work and Daily Production, rejection, incoming QC Checks reports need to be prepared and provided to the Superiors.

· Evaluating customer’s specifications & participate in design reviews and interface with internal staff engineering and client’s technical staff

· Implementing Integrated Management System (ISO/EMS/OHSAS) and Certified Internal Auditor and Solar PV Module certifications without any Failures.

· Cost Reduction, New product development, Certificate Activities and New Project Developments and Daily Reporting to Sr. Management by mail or phone for full day activities.

· Handling qualified Technicians/Workers for better Maintenance. Manpower Planning Preparation of Shifts schedule, documents [Daily Check Sheets, P.M. sheets], circulation, modification and storage.

· Supervising the function of troubleshooting & predictive / preventive maintenance of PLC based highly automated German machinery for identifying areas of obstructions and reducing machinery downtime to minimum.

· Making Schedule for Preventive Maintenance & Plant Maintenance and analyze possibilities of continuous improvement in systems & Implementation of various cost reduction programs in Maintenance including spare parts indigenization.

· Responsible to meet the production target as per delivery schedule and analysis of daily rejection, planning to eliminate rejection through giving the awareness training to operator. Responsible for projection of monthly targets relevant to production.

· Prepare and participate in daily, weekly, monthly production plan to make modules & purchase raw material against of marketing department’s forecast order. Sync up with Purchase team in Selection and purchase of raw materials to make solar module with quality norms & reasonable price to maintain our self in competitive market.

· Handling the dispatch with Marketing team accordingly and workers.

· Able to work in Day and night shift in rotation manner as well as based on customer target or in house target.

Qualification:
· Prior Experience of 1 to 3 years in Solar PV Modules (Panels) and Solar Projects is preferable.

· Good communication Skill in English, Hindi and Gujarati Language.

· B.Tech, BE.Electrical with Production Supervisor Experience is preferred (Fresher with Enthusiasm and quick learning skills may Apply).

· Must have Computer Skills like MS Word, MS Excel, MS power Point and good command over excel analysis and Email Writing.
