Responsibilities
As our Production Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to manage multiple areas of the plant; oversee the production of quality parts to achieve plant goals in the areas of safety, quality, and productivity
Overnight (11pm-7:30am) shift is available
Assure the equipment and processes we use are safe for associates and environment
Follow the Quality Management and Environmental Management System and Safety guidelines daily
Identify and correct quality problems
Identify and ensure execution of department training needs, and ensure associates are qualified to operate the equipment
Lead teams to improve our processes, quality, cost and associate development
Advise, direct, and supervise production operators on expectations; resolve employee concerns; monitor associate performance, vacation and attendance
Monitor and react to product flow to ensure correct manning strategy to meet customer demands
Drive continuous improvement in 5S, housekeeping, organization, and preventive maintenance

As our Production Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to manage multiple areas of the plant; oversee the production of quality parts to achieve plant goals in the areas of safety, quality, and productivity. Overnight (11pm-7:30am) shift is available.
Essential Functions Include
• Assure the equipment and processes we use are safe for associates and environment. Meet safety goals.
• Follow the Quality Management and Environmental Management System and Safety guidelines daily.
• Identify and correct quality problems.
• Identify and ensure execution of department training needs, and ensure associates are qualified to operate the equipment.

Qualifications
• Minimum of high school diploma or GED from an accredited school; Bachelor's degree preferred from related field from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a manufacturing facility in a supervisory position
