Salary range for Production Supervisor between $78,000 and $86,000 CAD annually and is based on experience

The successful candidate will be working three 12-hour overnight shifts on the following nonrotating schedule : Wednesday 7PM-7AM, Thurdsday 7PM-7AM, Friday 7PM-7AM.

At our facility in Winnipeg you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Packaging team as the Production Supervisor :

Ensure daily production goals are met, handle workforce planning, account for absences, and approve hours worked

Coordinate employee cross-training between positions

Maintain communication through floor rounds and logbooks, and lead follow-up meetings to ensure target achievement and accountability

Conduct monthly occupational health and safety (OHS) audits, accident investigations, and implement safety improvements

Address target shortfalls through KPI management and coordinate action plans to improve performance

Support teams in problem-solving and your scheduler in establishing optimal production sequences based on business rules

Confirm and resolve anomalies in the computerized operations management systems (CTI, Power BI)

Ensure smooth production flow and take action to address any disruptions
