Description
Ownership of the application production support for the IT applications
Lead Application Support L1&L2 across the applications from the end user perspective
Form , maintain and manage a capable IT application support team
Ensure well documented SOP/checklist and execution same as per the expected timelines
Own disaster recovery of applications with close co-ordination with infra team
Ensure expected SLAs ,turned around time requirements linked to incidents ,changes ,problems in production
Manage the application deployment in production
Lead and priorities the application support teams work load
Manage and Own the Problem Management Process
Maintain application monitoring , performance tuning and testing
Provide input to the implementation ,backup and roll back plan
Experience range : 3-8 years
Must be good in verbal and written communications
Must have prior support function background
