PRODUCTION SUPPORT DEVELOPER
Hyperworks Imaging is a cutting-edge technology company based out of Bengaluru, India since 2016. We are building disruptive and transformative products and solutions in diverse verticals ranging from Finance to Energy.
We are a rapidly growing company, working with multiple companies around the world. We also support their needs for strong technical professionals to help build and maintain their proprietary platforms. The following opening is at the intersection of alternative assets and precious metals. It is a full time position to support teams in the US and requires immediate joining.
JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Production Support Developer to join our team to support our clients based out of the US. The Support Developer will help ensure the stability, availability, and performance of the core production systems. The Developer will support and troubleshoot over 100+ WCF services, multiple ASP.NET MVC portals, and APIs built on .NET Framework 4.7.2
This role requires a technically skilled developer with a problem-solving mindset, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of ownership.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor, troubleshoot, and support WCF services, ASP.NET MVC portals, and .NET Framework APIs in a production environment.
Investigate and resolve incident tickets, application errors, and performance issues in a timely manner.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and document findings clearly for technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaborate with development teams, DevOps, QA, and stakeholders to escalate and resolve critical issues.
Maintain and improve system reliability, stability, and uptime.
Participate in daily standups or support huddles, ensuring clear visibility of ongoing issues and status updates.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of support documentation, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides.
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of experience in .NET Framework, with hands-on exposure to WCF services and ASP.NET MVC.
Solid understanding of IIS, Windows Server, event logs, and debugging production issues.
Ability to analyze stack traces, logs, and memory dumps to identify root causes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly and confidently.
Proficiency in SQL Server for investigating data-related issues.
Comfortable working independently and managing priorities in a dynamic environment.
Availability to work Monday to Friday, + AM – 5 PM Eastern Standard Time, USA.
