The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and an understanding of the stock market domain (an advantage). You will be responsible for troubleshooting and supporting the company's products, ensuring optimal performance for clients, and effectively collaborating with technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Linux System Support:
• Networking & Windows Server Support:
Utilize a basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, etc.) to diagnose and resolve issues related to connectivity, performance, and configuration.
• Stock Market Domain Understanding (Advantage):
Apply knowledge of the stock market domain to help resolve issues specific to market-related data processing or trading applications.
• Customer Support & Communication:
Communicate effectively with customers, understanding their technical issues and providing clear solutions.
Analyze and troubleshoot complex system issues, collaborating with internal technical teams when necessary to ensure rapid resolution.
• System Understanding & Troubleshooting:
• Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
Work closely with development, product management, and other teams to relay technical feedback, issues, and solutions.
